Bret Michaels Hospital Update
Bret Michaels has developed a side effect to the brain hemorrhage he suffered from just a couple of days ago. This condition, called hyponatremia, can cause seizures, according to a statement posted today on the Poison frontman’s website.
The condition, is a result of a lack of sodium. The statement did not indicate if Michaels had actually suffered any seizures. He still remains in critical but stable condition.
On April 22, 2010, singer Bret Michaels was rushed to the hospital with an intense headache. Things were a little edgy for awhile as he in critical condition. But this was Bret Michaels hospital visit number two this month as on the 12th of April, Michaels had been rushed to the hospital with severe stomach pains. A severe case of the flu stemming from his diabetic condition was the first thought as to why the pains were so extreme. The doctors then discovered the pain was because of his appendix and he underwent an emergency appendectomy.
